The villa is about 5 km away from the little village Riparbella and about 15 km away from the sea. From there you have a splendid view over the whole valley and even to the sea. This place combines a unique position with  marvelous peace for each guest. In front of the house is a big swimming-pool with a place to rest. The owner also runs a little restaurant, which is only open on week-ends and has a very good tuscan plain fare. You can even have breakfast there.

In this house there are 5 rooms and 1 apartment: Room 1+2: for 2 persons Room 3+4: for 4 adults with 2 children Room 5:  for 4 persons The rooms are furnished in typical tuscan style and are newly renovated, with bathroom/WC. Apartment: for 3 persons (+child) The apartment is consisting of 2 bed-room, kitchen with eating-place and relax-zone, bathroom/WC.
